- Our Rust Off® rust and oxide remover and high-pressure cleaning system removes active rusting from your roof and the enhanced Encase primer then encapsulates your roof to seal it from oxygen and prevent future rusting.
- Any fasteners are sealed with a special Kwik Kaulk® sealant to prevent leaks and stop the fastener from “backing out”.
- All your roof seams, protrusions and flashings are then sealed with a specially-woven Spunflex® fabric and coatings to stop leaks where they most often occur.
- A final top coat creates a seam-less roof which makes for a long-term leak-free roof with a life expectancy of 15 to 20 years. You can easily extend the leak-free warranty by having us do a simple re-coat at the end of your warranty period.
Leak-free warranties are available from 10 to 18 years. Our warranties include labor AND materials. Excel Roof Systems warranties also are non pro-rated which means you never have to pay for repairs during the warranty term!
